Here are some frequently asked questions I get regarding my online store. If you have any questions that aren’t on here or would like further clarification, please feel free to contact me.
Will you see my credit card number and other personal information?
The way my store is set up, I’ll never see any of your credit card information. All of that is processed by a company called Square, who you have probably used before at small coffee shops and food trucks, for example. They’re safe and secure and trusted by a lot of businesses, which is why I chose to use them as my credit card processing company.
On the other hand, I will see other information that you enter when you checkout, like your address and phone number, and I share that information only with the company that makes my prints—Nations Photo Lab—so that they can ship you the order directly from their facilities. Your information is stored securely on servers hosted by iPower.
How long will it take for me to receive my prints?
Typical processing time for photos is 3-7 days and shipping can take up to 10 days. The printing facility is based in Maryland, so the further west you are, the longer it will take for you to receive your prints.

Can you send me the JPEGs so I can make my own prints?
